I wanted to explore the abstractness of objects and light within a dark environment.

Inspiration #

My primary inspiration for this project was TV GARDEN by Nam June Paik, who was an Avant-garde artist that utilized different types of media, primarily TV and digital format.

Process #

I created simple TV model based on reference photos

Separate scene was created, where the TVs were placed around

Lighting for the scene and TVs were adjusted. Volumetric scatter was also placed to create much more realistic lighting. Denoising was turned off in order to create a grainy texture.
